**Daily Deal**—This Days Inn in Branson, Missouri, sat vacant for eight years and now with a new paint job and dividers, it’s condos. Rent $495.00 per month, no phone, no pool, no pets.

**The massively smart** South African Entrepreneur who created this market basically converts 1.5 hotels rooms into a house—think value of running hot water and electricity, not size. Tenant pays utilities. With pandemic dropping the bottom out of tourism, hotels could find a new home: Affordable Housing. Huge discount on abandoned city hotels. Buy.

**Not good news for Biden**—All three presidential debates will each have a single moderator:

- Chris Wallace of Fox News on Sept. 29
- Steve Scully of C-SPAN on Oct. 15
- Kristen Welker of NBC News on Oct. 22

**Side Deal**—Biden’s people need to get him out of debates. Declare Trump is too unhinged and dangerous to say anything.

**If Biden was way ahead**, he might jolly his way through debate with Reagan routine—"there you go again.” But tied with no campaign strategy other than Uncle Joe nice guy, Biden will need to press.

**A Trump debate tactic** under discussion is to ask Biden to name his grandkids names during debate or what state his sister lives in. These are live rounds.

**Race tightened back up because Trump** has a strategy—create two enemies, China and far left and frame Biden as an enabler to both. Boom.

**Sunset & Willow Creek Beach (Russian River)**: Sunset is very well-known swimming hole in the Russian River in Sonoma County Sunset Park near Guerneville and attracts a diverse crowd.

**IPO Glow**—The dating app Bumble IPO will value it at more than $6 billion.

**Entries/Exits**—Climate change havoc is exiting cities like Miami off top-tier map in 2040. Entry as a climate change haven: Buffalo. Great weekend—looking forward dormant Days Inns in Buffalo.
