Old Navy crushed it and listen to the rappers on this one—“When the Drip¹ rolls, copy that shit.” Election Day office chatter this year will make work a wash, so do this and check off social justice for a while. Pay eight-hour day and yes, lets them also keep the local jurisdiction pay² for poll workers. No clawback Richard.
A loophole in the no-dating company policy. Bottom line—no sneaking around. Be upfront like swingers. This is how it will go down.
Stop draggin' my heart around. No matter if you are CEO, on senior team, or a project manager, if you consensually, romantically fall in love with a colleague, both of you show up in HR and drop this bomb in their laps: “We are mutually in love and we are willing to move to another position within the company.” 3 for 3 on navigating leaders and 2 of 3 involved founder/CEO.

Croninger will oversee Global Content Acquisitions group—theatrical and home media acquisitions on domestic and international sides.
